What SnapShare processes

We process account details, card content, uploaded card images, billing identifiers, and the source URL you choose to attach to a card. We also record limited short-link analytics such as time, campaign parameters, referrer origin, and a pseudonymous visitor hash.

How the data is used

We use this data to authenticate you, create and host cards, maintain credit balances, process purchases, prevent abuse, and show card performance to the card owner.

Sharing and retention

Infrastructure and payment providers process data only as needed to operate SnapShare. Public card links expose the card content and image you publish. Account analytics are not public. Data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security and accounting obligations, or resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can delete individual cards from your dashboard. For account-data access or deletion requests, contact [email protected].

Security and changes

We use access controls and transport encryption, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
